Chris Herrera

Chris has been involved in athletics from an early age, having played football and ran track since he was in his teens. 

He served 6 years in the Marine Corps where he developed a love for all types of physical fitness challenges ranging from Obstacle Courses and Mountain Climbing to Long Distance running. He worked as a Personal Trainer while in college and joined his first Crossfit gym in 2013. Since then he has been active in Olympic Weight lifting and developing Strength and Conditioning programs for a wide range of populations. He studied Exercise Science in College and is a NASM certified personal trainer and Crossfit Level 1 Coach.
